The Care Coach project was created to support and enhance a role that, in SYNLAB, represents a valuable point of reference for patients every day. Through webinars, microlearning, and shared learning moments, the programme is designed to strengthen skills, build confidence in managing complex situations, and reinforce the sense of community around a role that is both human and strategically important to the SYNLAB experience.
